WEEKEND UPDATE!
SATURDAYI went to a
Woodward Dream Cruise party with Jen from work. Met some cute guys from
MSU. Never met any of them before, but we all lived in the same dorm and we were even in the same Engineering program. Small World! Had lots of fun drinking and hangin out.
SUNDAYWent to the
African Fest with my mom. Fun times. I got 2 more books. There is a booth that sells black literature for only $5 per book! I also had jerk chicken with red beans and rice – Yummmmmmmy! It was just nice to walk around and people watch.

Good to see that you had a good weekend. I was looking to go to African Festival this past weekend but too lazy to drive.
Sounds like you had fun over the weekend…I’m glad you enjoyed yourself. Yeah, August is moving month here. Folks are always moving either around the first or two weekends before classes start (this past weekend). Everyone’s in town: freshmen and their parents, folks who move into their first apartments and their parents, and everyone else who’s just coming back after the summer. But on the good side, it means a lot of folks will be out at the club this week and next week.
ryc: I didn’t yell at him at all. We had a conversation where he told me how I felt and I told him how I felt and we decided that whatever our relationship was, it should stop. I’m just venting now. It is frustrating because I really developed feelings for him and I thought he did too but apparently not. Sucks.
