So
my knee is totally fucked and with only 9 days to go til my big
vacation it's really annoying.
"Why?" You ask, because it limits how much
I can work out and I was so close to looking fabulous in my 2-piece!!!!
I start physical therapy tonight. EEK!!!
We'll see. I was able to go to
spinning class last night, but there was no way that I could do step
aerobics afterwards. I can fit into the dresses that I bought for last
years vacay, so that means I am close to losing all of the weight that
I had gained after that glorious trip.
Although the scale doesn't seem to agree.
I'm just gonna go by how my clothes fit. Anywayzz... that's all for now folks.

I'm happy for you! I've noticed that the scales don't neccessarily reflect how our body looks. And you've prolly gained muscle. Spinning sounds so hard! Did you have a hard time getting used to it? I may have to look into it more...I hope your knee gets better soon!
RYC: The flower is actually a sticker, but with a toothpick I put the yellow dot in the centre and made the leaves green, just to make it a bit more colourful!
I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
*hugs*
hehe if i'm not busy
how's detroit? anything up there besides cars?
Always have to apologize for not updating sooner or keeping in touch. Sorry… But I missed your entries. Hope your knee gets better; keep on trucking, and happy EASTER
hope your knee gets better! just lift weights for now so u can look hot for the next body-building competition. hehe j/k
happy easter!
Do you have access to a pool? Swimming laps is great cardio plus no impact. Good luck!
ryc: It is hard to build up the color when you are only in there for like a split second though. I'm part Native American so although I'm pale and pasty right now... I get brown by the end of summer. Somehow it gives me a much higher tolerance for the tanning beds than most people... ten minutes even just starting is still a-ok for me. I have like no risk of burning.
sorry you are the injured. I gues sif it's still too painful to do the step arobics, you can always do the harder thing and change the eating... (i've tried and failed too many times, so I can't talk really).
Scales are full of crap, it's the all might tape measure that should be your guide. And doing stuff in a pool sounds interesting.
I just got back from a quite evil trip and have the xtra to shed....
may you have the luck of good.
You get mad props from me for being able to get through a spinning class. I almost died the first time I did it and I'm pretty athletic.
Have fun on your vacation. I'm sure you will look great.
